Between 22-25 September 2009, at the Wilton Park a "Building Local Capacity for Security and Rule of Law in Fragile and Conflict Affected States" conference took place and Mr Bakir Dautbasic Secretary of the BiH Security Ministry participated in it.
After the Conference, Mr Dautbasic said:"This was an extremely useful conference, especialy to me coming from a country in which different projects are still being implemented. There was an opportunity to hear position from all sides: donor countries, implementing agencies and host country stakeholders. We openly discussed issues that could help all sides to improve the quality of projects. I was happy to be able to inform other participants about excellent preparations and management of a project related to the strategic planing in our ministry, that is financed by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office through DFID".
